WORK EXPERIENCE
• Associate Professor. Texas A&M University. Teach manufacturing processes. Research interests include micro/nano scale materials and fabrication techniques for MEMS and biomedical applications, 2003-present.

• Lecturer. San Diego State University. Teach machine design, project management, and material engineering, 2002-2003

• Consultant. Baystor Pte Ltd. Advised on engineering and management issues.

• Program Director, Associate Professor. Nanyang Technological University Singapore (NTU). Managed Precision Engineering program. Taught microfabrication processes, design, and material science. Research interests included micro/nanofabication, ultraprecision machining, focused ion beam, and composites, 1991-2001.

• R&D Project Manager. Hewlett Packard (HP) Singapore. Invented new technologies and integrated with new product, 1988-1991.

• Engineer. HP Santa Rosa, California. Designed hardware and software, invented new manufacturing/monitoring techniques for precision equipment, 1979-1987
