PROFESSIONAL INTERESTS
• Thermomechanical analysis of functionally graded materials.
• Analysis of laminated composite plates and shells with actuators.
• Development of constitutive models of shape memory alloys.
• Numerical simulation of blown polymeric films.
• Numerical modeling of solidification, molding and extrusion.
• Development of robust and efficient computational (vector and parallel) algorithms for the solution of large systems of equations (element-by-element methods, mesh superposition techniques, global- local analyses, hierarchical and multigrid methods, etc).
